– Reservations made with less than 12 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

4. **Cancellation and Refunds**:
– Cancellations made by the customer:
– Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time may be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
– Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time will not be eligible for a refund.
– Cancellations by Mallorca Transfer LT S.L.:
– In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your transfer due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative transfer option.

5. **Changes to Booking**:
– Any changes to your booking, such as the transfer time, destination, or number of passengers, should be communicated to us at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time. We will do our best to accommodate such changes, subject to availability.

6. **Delays and Waiting Time**:
– We monitor flight arrival times and will adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, we cannot be held responsible for flight delays or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect the transfer schedule.
– Our drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If you anticipate delays, please inform us as soon as possible.

7. **Responsibility and Liability**:
– Mallorca Transfer LT S.L. is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, and weather conditions.
– Customers are responsible for their own travel insurance and any valuables or belongings they bring during the transfer.
